Described as the "an upgraded version of the best selling Android phone of the year"? the S2, the S II Hi-Def version, just spotted on Mobicity's online shelves, comes with a whopping 4.65" Super AMOLED HD capacitive display.

?That a full 3.5" bigger screen and the res has far more bang at 1280 x 720 (compared to 4.3" screen 480 x 800MP on S2) meaning far clearer, brighter and now larger Galaxy screen.

The newest Galaxy comes with 16GB of internal storage plus a microSD card slot (for extra memory) and also has Near Field Communication (NFC) technology for tap and go payments, WiFi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0.
